All products sold under “notunera.com” are subject to our Return Policy.

Customers are required to check all items upon receiving delivery. If wrong/damaged items are received, you are required to contact Notunera within 72 hours via live chat or email ([email protected]). We will not entertain any complaints after 72 hours of delivery.

  1. Please email contact notunera within 72 hours via chat or email ([email protected]) and attach the photo of the items.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable digital products
  3. Some health and personal care items
  1. All item(s) / product(s) must be sent directly to Notunera.
  2. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable and have acceptable reason)
  • Book with obvious signs of used CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your preferred account, within 3 to 7 working days.
  3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

– Unable to serve with any product.
– Customer returns any product from a paid order for damage or leaked products.
– Customer cancels a paid order before it has been shipped with delivery service.

For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to customer’s choice of bKash/Nogod/bank account number. Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid in advance for the order.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your bank to rectify the refunds, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
