GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Notunera delivers nationwide in Bangladesh. At this moment, we do not provide International Shipment.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, shipping provider and other factors.
All goods will be shipped out using RedX and Patho Merchant courier service providers. The delivery time is within 2 – 3 working days for deliveries inside Dhaka and 5 – 7 working days for deliveries outside Dhaka.
CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY MAN. IF YOU FIND THE ITEM IS WRONG OR DAMAGED, YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM IMMEDIATELY TO THE DELIVERY MAN WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT. WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINTS AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING ANY PRODUCT.

Shipping Fee / Charges
Shipping fee/charges is BDT 80 inside Dhaka and BDT 130 outside Dhaka. Total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Time / Duration
– Shipment will be from Sunday to Thursday
– The delivery time is within 1-2 working days for deliveries inside Dhaka and 5 – 7 working days for deliveries outside Dhaka.

(Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer)

Cut-off Ordering Time

– The cut-off ordering time is at 12:00 p.m. The orders placed before 12.00 p.m. will be shipped out on the same day to the delivery service.
– Any order placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped out on the following working day.

Note: For online mobile banking or e-payment, ONLY orders with completed payment will be processed.
Additional information:

Customers can check the shipping fee at the checkout page before proceeding to payment.
Kindly ensure your delivery address is accurate as we do not allow amendments after the order is placed.
Please make sure you enter your contact number for our delivery personnel to contact you.
In order to reduce carbon footprint and customers not getting their goods, please ensure there is someone at home or office to receive the package.
